Job Title: Senior Web Developer (Python/Django Full Stack)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Django Developer to join our Shared Platform team, supporting enterprise-level corporate tooling solutions. This role requires a strong foundation in both front-end and back-end development, with a passion for building scalable, high-performance web applications across the full software development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python and Django.
• Build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop, integrate, and optimize RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Work with MS SQL Server for database design, query optimization, and performance tuning.
• Deploy and maintain applications in Linux-based environments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver robust solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across front-end and back-end systems.
• Participate in architecture discussions, system design, testing, deployment, and production releases.
• Ensure applications meet standards for security, scalability, and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 6–9 years of experience in full-stack web development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Django framework.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with MS SQL Server.
• Strong understanding of RESTful API development and integration.
• Experience working in Linux server environments.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
• Knowledge of DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience in performance tuning and scalability optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience in enterprise corporate tooling or internal platform development.
