岗位职责
Oversee the daily operations and management of the company.
Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
Manage client relationships and coordinate with business partners.
Supervise project planning, manpower allocation and operational performance.
Monitor budgets, costs and financial performance.
Ensure compliance with Singapore laws, MOM regulations and company policies.
Lead and support administrative and operational teams.
Identify new business opportunities and drive company growth.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Management or a related field.
At least 3 years of management or business operations experience.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
