岗位职责
- Strong knowledge of General Ledger systems / Financial platforms is MUST
- Experience with data migration, reconciliation, and financial data analysis is MUST
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks (Consent Orders, audit)
- Hands-on exposure to JIRA, BRD/FRD documentation, UAT processes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Leadership experience in implementation and delivery teams
- Experience in Finance systems (FFS or equivalent)
- Knowledge of broker/dealer operations
- Exposure to multi-country financial implementations is MUST
