Responsibilities:

• Oversee the coordination, data exchange, and collaboration of Building Information Modeling (BIM) with project stakeholders.
• Prepare technical drawings, coordinate CSD drawings, and ensure proper documentation.
• Utilize BIM for the creation of shop drawings and related documentation.
• Produce and review construction shop drawings and as-built documents.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with construction project stakeholders.
• Develop and enforce BIM standards, processes, and templates across projects in Malaysia, Vietnam, and Singapore.
• Manage BIM team activities, including model coordination, clash detection, and resolving technical issues as a BIM Manager.
• Conduct training and provide guidance to project teams to ensure optimal use of BIM tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align BIM goals with project objectives.
• Evaluate BIM project progress, reporting to leadership on performance and improvement opportunities.

Requirements:

• Must include Portfolio in Resume
• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field;
• Minimum 4years of experience as a BIM Modeller in the construction or engineering industry;
• Proficient in BIM software, particularly Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD;
• Strong understanding of construction methods, building systems, and project workflows;
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in model creation and documentation;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM6,000.00 per month
