Job Responsibilities:

• Support project teams: Provide technical support to project teams in Singapore, assisting them in using the Infineon Design System (Flows, Design Packages, and Methodologies) for analog IPs development. Serve as the initial point of contact for any issues that arise, promptly addressing and resolving them.
• Problem-solving and collaboration: Take ownership of support topics and proactively find solutions. Collaborate with DES teams globally and EDA tool vendors to resolve issues within the Infineon Design Systems
• Foster effective communication and coordination with IT and the Global License Management team to ensure adequate IT resources and licenses are provided based on project needs.
• Methodology adoption and best practices: Gain a deep understanding of the design methodologies utilized within the Infineon Design System. Assist project teams in adopting these methodologies and facilitate the sharing of best practices across different business lines. Actively contribute to the knowledge base by sharing insights and experiences to enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Methodology improvement and advocacy: Identify methodology gaps and propose quick solutions to address them. Collaborate with methodology teams to align on long-term improvements. Demonstrate the ability to lead discussions and drive topics in the technical steering community within DES, advocating for new requirements that can enhance the overall effectiveness of the system.

Job Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor's degree in electronics engineeringand with good foundation of Analog Mixed Signal support.
• Demonstrate a minimum of 7 years of practical experience in analog design, implementation, verification, and validation. Familiar with the complexities and challenges of analog mixed signal IPs development.
• Proficient in using EDA tools for transistor-level simulation, such as Cadence Spectre or HSPICE. This expertise enables efficient design and verification of analog circuits.
• Have experience working with Cadence schematic, layout editor, and LVS/DRC (Layout versus Schematic/Design Rule Check) tools. Proficiency in these tools is crucial for designing and validating analog mixed signal IPs.
• Possess exposure to script programming languages, such as C and/or Perl/Python.
• Be able to automate and customize design flows and methodologies, leading to improved efficiency and productivity.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and have a solid understanding of various applications related to analog mixed signal design. This knowledge enables effective utilization of software tools and enhances productivity.
• Exhibit strong teamwork abilities and possess excellent communication skills.
• Effective collaboration and communication with project teams, EDA vendors, and other stakeholders are essential for successful analog mixed signal IPs development.
• Demonstrate a proactive problem-solving mentality, being able to identif issues and provide effective solutions. This mindset is critical for resolving design challenges and improving overall efficiency in the development process.
• Knowing Skill programming is an advantage.
• Mandarin speaking is a must as this role require working closely with counterparts in China for project execution and alignment.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
