Key duties and responsibilities :-

• Attend site meetings and site valuations
• Preparation of preliminary cost estimates, cost planning analysis and monitoring for projects resources, costing and project budget
• Supervise existing contract and prepare progress claim
• Analyze pre-contract work, summarize scope of tender, prepare BQ, pricing and submission of tender documents
• Any other ad hoc duties
• Good attitude, independent, responsible and willing to learn
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment

Qualifications :-

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent
• Experience in the construction industry is an added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
