Job Summary:
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The role involves coordinating resources, managing risks, communicating with stakeholders, and leading project teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
- Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress and ensure milestones are achieved.
- Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Facilitate meetings and provide regular status updates.
- Ensure project documentation is accurate and up to date.
- Maintain quality standards and compliance with company policies.
- Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles affecting project success.
- Evaluate project outcomes and prepare post-project reports.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
