Job Responsibilities：

• Requirement Management & Documentation: Collect and consolidate business requirements across Marketing, CS, Ops, and Trading; translate them into clear Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), workflows, and functional specifications.
• Project Planning & Roadmap: Develop detailed project plans, implementation roadmaps, and milestones; define success metrics and provide regular progress visibility to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between Business, Tech, and external vendors to align priorities, manage resource allocation, and drive decision-making.
• Project Execution & Delivery: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle from requirement gathering to launch; monitor development progress and proactively resolve risks or bottlenecks.
• Quality Assurance & Launch: Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and regression testing cycles with QA and business stakeholders to ensure deliverables meet all business objectives before release.
• Continuous Optimization: Monitor post-launch performance, gather user feedback, and identify opportunities to improve product workflows, payment flows, and the overall trading experience.
• Data Analysis & Business Support: Analyze operational data and user behavior metrics to generate actionable insights, supporting business owners in strategic planning and conversion optimization.

• Technical Understanding: Strong logical grasp of the web/app development lifecycle, APIs, and system integration logic (ability to communicate effectively with developers).

• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving ability with experience interpreting data into actionable insights; familiarity with data tracking tools or SQL is a plus.

• Software Proficiency: Expert user of project management tools such as Jira, ClickUp, or Asana, and documentation tools like Confluence or Notion.

• Communication & Languages: Fluent in English and Mandarin

• Domain Knowledge (Preferred): Familiarity with MT4/MT5 platforms, payment gateway integrations, KYC/onboarding compliance, and UX optimization.

• Professional Experience: 3–6 years of experience in Project Management, Product Management, or Business Analysis.

• Industry Background: Proven track record in Fintech, Trading, Payment, or SaaS industries is highly preferred.

• Mindset: Takes full responsibility for project outcomes beyond the defined scope.

• Startup Fit: Proactive, hands-on, and resilient; comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

• Structured Thinker: Highly organized with the ability to turn messy information into structured, executable plans.

• Assertive Execution: Able to push both technical and business teams to deliver under pressure while maintaining professional relationships.
