岗位职责

Work Location: Senai Johor

Monthly Salary: RM 6,000 - RM 9,000


Summary

As the primary liaison between our customers and the production team, you will ensure seamless order execution from entry to delivery. Your mission is to keep production schedules on track, maintain data accuracy, and proactively resolve supply chain challenges—such as material shortages—before they impact customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

Order & Inventory Management

  • Track and manage customer orders through the entire lifecycle to guarantee accurate delivery.
  • Oversee Excess and Obsolete (E&O) materials to minimize waste and optimize inventory efficiency.


Problem Solving & Operations

  • Troubleshoot operational roadblocks, including production delays and material shortages.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis to address and resolve complex issues related to materials, forecasts, and product returns.


Reporting & Analytics

  • Generate comprehensive performance metrics, focusing on On-Time Delivery (OTD), forecasting accuracy, and manufacturing yield reports.


Communication & Collaboration

  • Lead production meetings to accurately communicate customer requirements to internal teams.
  • Partner with department managers to implement corrective actions and resolve root-cause operational issues.
  • Serve as a polished communicator interfacing between internal teams and high-level external clients.


Financial & Project Support

  • Monitor project billing and collaborate with senior team members to develop quotes for new products or services.
  • Simultaneously manage multiple detailed projects under tight deadlines.


Role Requirements & Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Experience: Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience, ideally within manufacturing, supply chain management, or account management.


Technical Skills & Systems

  • ERP System: Hands-on SAP experience is strictly mandatory.
  • MS Office Expertise: Advanced proficiency required, specifically:
  • Excel & Access: Managing complex databases and performing deep data analysis.
  • Word & PowerPoint: Creating professional, executive-ready reports and presentations.
  • Data Management: Exceptional speed and accuracy in high-detail data entry.
  • Systems & Process Knowledge: Practical familiarity with database management systems for tracking corrective actions.


Language Skills

  • Mandarin: Fluency in Mandarin (spoken and written) is a strong advantage to effectively communicate with regional teams, suppliers, or specific customer accounts.


Industry & Core Competencies

  • Manufacturing & Logistics: Solid understanding of production schedules, manufacturing workflows, and the broader logistics cycle.
  • Contract Literacy: Ability to confidently interpret and manage customer contracts, terms, and conditions.
  • Negotiation: Strong conflict resolution skills with the ability to navigate difficult conversations effectively.
