Role Overvie
wThe Procurement Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day procurement operations, ensuring the timely and accurate handling of shipments, fulfillment of customer orders, and proper documentation. This role focuses on shipment coordination, cost management, and inventory control to support smooth business operations

Key Responsibiliti
- esCoordinate with forwarders, warehouses, and internal teams on shipment receiving and deliver
- y.Manage transportation and delivery schedules to ensure timely order fulfillmen
- t.Handle procurement-related documentation such as purchase orders, shipping, and tracking record
- s.Monitor inventory levels and maintain accuracy of stock record
- s.Control procurement-related costs (transportation, warehousing, order fulfillment
- ).Prepare monthly procurement performance and KPI report
- s.Liaise with finance and operations to ensure compliance with company standard
