Job Summary

Prepare and cook menu items following company standards while maintaining food quality, presentation, and consistency. Manage kitchen operations, monitor stock, and ensure compliance with food safety regulations in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to company standards to ensure consistent quality and presentation
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen to meet safety and sanitation requirements
• Manage food preparation and kitchen operations to support efficient service delivery
• Monitor stock levels and assist in ordering ingredients to maintain adequate supplies
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations to uphold health standards
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate kitchen tasks and maintain workflow
• Adapt to shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to support operational needs

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant cooking experience to perform core kitchen duties
• Experience in specific cuisine preferred to enhance menu authenticity and quality
