岗位职责

Coordinate daily site activities, work schedules, and material deliveries
Supervise the construction process from start to finish, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and adhere to the quality requirements.
Assign job tasks to workers and conduct frequent inspections to evaluate work quality, adherence to specifications, and regulatory standards.
Maintain open communication with contractors and subcontractors, facilitating smooth coordination for task completion.
Closely track site progress, documenting all activities, including material usage and milestones achieved, while addressing any concerns as needed.
Ensure that on-site construction works are carried out accordingly to local safety regulations and client’s requirements.
Requirements:
Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in a similar position within the construction industry Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership abilities Expertise in reading, interpreting, and working with construction blueprints and plans Solid understanding of construction operations, processes, and equipment Capable of working effectively under pressure and managing multiple tasks simultaneously
