Job Summary

You will provide safe and timely chauffeuring services for company personnel and guests, manage document deliveries, maintain vehicle condition, and support basic administrative tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive company directors, employees, and guests safely and punctually to designated locations
• Collect and deliver documents and items to banks, clients, and suppliers accurately and on time
• Maintain cleanliness and ensure proper working condition of company vehicles daily
• Follow traffic laws strictly to ensure safety, reliability, and passenger comfort
• Report vehicle faults, damages, or incidents promptly to relevant personnel
• Coordinate and schedule regular vehicle servicing and maintenance to ensure operational readiness
• Support basic administrative duties as assigned to assist team operations
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required to support company needs

Required competencies and certifications

• Hold a valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record
• Minimum 3 years of relevant driving experience
• Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Minimum secondary education or relevant NITEC qualification

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Proficient in English to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
• Mandarin communication skills preferred to liaise with customers, stakeholders, and the company’s headquarters in China
