Job Summary

You will develop, maintain, and enhance software systems while debugging code and conducting system testing to ensure applications meet customer requirements. You will also support end-user training and assist the IT Manager in maintaining production programs.

Responsibilities

• Debug and troubleshoot code to fix errors and optimize software performance
• Maintain and update existing software to ensure reliability and functionality
• Support end-user training and provide client support to enhance user experience
• Design, maintain, and enhance existing software systems to meet evolving needs
• Develop new software systems aligned with business requirements
• Conduct system testing to verify applications conform to customer specifications
• Assist the IT Manager in maintaining production programs for operational continuity

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Basic experience in C# or VB programming languages
• Knowledge of PrintSoft software
• Understanding of network security and infrastructure concepts
