Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our construction team in Singapore. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering and finishing works on commercial, industrial, and residential projects while meeting strict project timelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cement plastering, skimming, rendering, screeding, and finishing works.
• Prepare wall and ceiling surfaces before plaster application.
• Install plasterboard, drywall systems, partition walls, and suspended ceilings.
• Carry out internal and external plastering works according to construction drawings.
• Repair cracks, damaged concrete surfaces, and defective plaster finishes.
• Mix plaster, cement, mortar, and other construction materials accurately.
• Ensure smooth, level, and high-quality finishes using professional tools.
• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, engineers, and other construction trades.
• Follow Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations and company safety procedures.
• Maintain housekeeping and proper use of construction equipment.
• Perform additional construction-related duties assigned by management.

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant plastering experience in commercial or industrial construction.
• Strong knowledge of plastering materials, application methods, and finishing techniques.
• Ability to independently complete complex plastering works with minimal supervision.
• Experience working on high-rise buildings, offices, shopping malls, factories, and renovation projects.
• Ability to read construction drawings and measurements accurately.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends, and public holidays when required to meet project deadlines.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship.

Preferred Skills

• Wall rendering and skimming.
• Drywall and partition installation.
• Waterproofing preparation.
• Concrete repair and surface restoration.
• Tile bedding and floor screeding.
• Experience with decorative plaster finishes is an advantage.

Working Hours

• 6 days per week.
• Overtime required based on project requirements.
• Full Time Support needed
