Prior medical distribution experience is a plus.

This role involves overseeing daily office functions, such as managing correspondence, organizing documents and records, and ensuring the availability of office supplies and equipment. The Office Administrator will synchronize schedules, facilitate meetings and appointments, generate basic reports and documentation, and assist with data entry and record upkeep. This position requires interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, and delivering customer service support when necessary. The Office Administrator will also contribute to maintaining a well-organized, efficient, and professional office atmosphere. **Qualifications** - Candidates must have expertise in Office Administration and Administrative Support to effectively handle daily operations and documentation. - Candidates should be proficient in operating and maintaining Office Equipment to ensure an efficient workplace. - Candidates need strong Communication skills to effectively engage with colleagues, clients, and suppliers. - Candidates should possess Customer Service capabilities to address inquiries and provide professional assistance to both internal and external stakeholders. - Proficiency in commonly used office software (e.g., word processors, spreadsheets, email, and scheduling applications) is required. - Candidates should demonstrate strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines. - A positive and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team, is essential. - Relevant experience in an administrative or office support position is required; experience in the healthcare or medical technology field is a plus.
