Job Descriptions:
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on front end equipment island wide. Front-end equipment refers to vehicle on-board equipment and site equipment
- Perform 1st level of support to meet project service level agreement (Response Time at 90min and Turnaround Time < 20 hrs)
- Perform routine system patches on the front-end equipment
- Perform installation of new vehicle on-board equipment and site equipment
- Preparation of equipment for installation and perform set-to-work tasks
- Work closely with the helpdesk agent and backend team to resolve issues.
- Attend to customer work request.
- Need to work-at-height to replace equipment. Some of the on-board equipment is mounted at the vehicle roof top. Work-at-height course is provided.
Job Requirements (please indicate desired academic qualifications, experience and any other additional requirements):
- Minimum ITE / Diploma in Mechatronics/Electrical/Electronics/IT or equivalent
- Good knowledge of PC hardware and operation system
- Some working experiences are preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work well in a team, as well as able to work independently
- Ability to prioritize and manage workload.
- Ability to accept rotating schedule for work on night standby and weekend standby
- Required to work shift if necessary
Special Knowledge or Skills:
- Common PC hardware troubleshooting and Operation System working knowledge
- Basic Electrical Knowledge (is an advantage)
