Job Description
Zaid Ibrahim & Co is seeking a Paralegal or a Conveyancing Executive to join its Real Estate Department and assist the Partner in handling various conveyancing matters.

- Assist in handling conveyancing files including project sale and purchase agreements and sub-sale sale and purchase agreements (for individuals and companies).
- Assist in matters relating to retail and corporate banking loans, refinancing loans, deed of receipt and reassignment, perfection of transfer and charge, and discharge of charge.
- Prepare and manage documentation for tenancy agreements and lease agreements.
- Assist in filing applications to state authority for consent to transfer and charge, and preparation of Borang I.
- Manage and maintain proper filing and documentation of conveyancing matters.
- Access to banks’ portals such as ELDS, FLASH, Juris and familiar with PTG Selangor’s Smartbox.
- Arrange payments to land offices via online banking.
- Attend project launching
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Partner and team.
Job Requirements
Qualifications / Experience Required:

- 3 to 5 years of working experience in conveyancing.
- Familiar with conveyancing procedures and documentation.
- Good organisational and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
