- Managing employee benefits programs such as health insurance, retirement plans and leave policies.
- Responsible of full spectrum of payroll process.
- Identifying training needs and organizing training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge.
- Facilitating the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they receive proper orientation and training.
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws, regulations and other legal requirement related to HR practices.
- Plan, organize and monitor day to day office and administration function to ensure employees are provided with a conducive working and living environments in order to enhance productivity.
