Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and sales documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and after-sales service.
• Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions promptly.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update information in the system.
• Prepare customer service reports and related documentation.
• Perform other administrative and customer service duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in customer service or sales support is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
