We are currently looking for experience and capable candidate to join as QUANTITY SURVEYOR to based in public listed company located at KL. Job Summary

• Prepared precise calculation for accurate tender documents.
• Evaluate and built database of Supplier for cost-effectiveness.
• Prepared a cost breakdown for finalizing build rate for each projects.
• Measured and quantified materials and labor from BQ, drawing and specification
• Prepared taking off measurement and material for all project.
• Prepared BQ of work and Variation Orders.
• Prepared and analyzed tender documents including BQ, Shopdrawing, Method of Statements.
• Developed, monitor and maintained project budgets throughout the cycle.
• Tracking cost and expenditure throughout the project.
• Prepared and submitted Progress Claim to Main Contractor every month.
• Prepared Wages claim throughout the month.
• Prepared supporting document for Certification and Progress Claim.
• Prepared document inc details, photos and rates for backcharge for damages caused by Main Contractor or other Sub-Contractor
• Prepared quotation to submit to Main Contractor accordance to variation order works
• Propose and Evaluate variation order
• On - Site Measurement, Surveys, Taking of measurement and Verified quantities during progress.
• Resolving disputes between the Contractors and suppliers.
• Update regularly Management and Owner on project status and costing.
• Communication and liase with Contractors for any assessment required

Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in QS, Construction or Building Mgmt/Civil Engineering
• Have 2-3 years in ID Fit Out Industry.
• Detailed & Meticoulus.
• Can work extra hours during tender submission
• Fresh Graduate are also welcome

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
