Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and updating production schedules.
• Coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Warehouse, and Sales departments.
• Monitor production progress and report any delays or issues.
• Update planning data, reports, and inventory records.
• Ensure materials are available according to the production schedule.
• Follow up on work orders and customer delivery schedules.
• Maintain accurate planning documentation and records.
• Perform other administrative and planning-related duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in production planning or manufacturing is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
