Your Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt and professional technical support to customers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
  • Assist with on-site technical problems when required
  • Work closely with Sales and R&D teams to solve customer issues
  • Support Sales by preparing hardware and software solution lists
  • Accurately record customer issues, feedback, and resolutions
  • Collect customer suggestions and share them with internal teams
  • Keep updated on new technologies and product knowledge
  • Attend regular training sessions to improve skills
  • Follow company policies, especially on data privacy and security

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of Windows installation and troubleshooting
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LDAP)
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients (spoken and written)
  • Must be able to speak Cantonese to support customers
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Responsible, positive attitude, and willing to learn
  • Fast learner with the ability to quickly understand product knowledge
  • Willing to work rotating shifts:
  • 3 night shifts (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
  • 2 day shifts (7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
