About The Company

The Company is a fast-growing technology firm building data and AI products for enterprise and public-sector clients across Malaysia and ASEAN. We're hiring our foundation team and need a skilled Solutions / Implementation Engineer to bridge technology and client delivery — getting our products into production and working flawlessly in client environments.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Solutions / Implementation Engineer to lead technical implementation activities, configure and deploy our solutions in client environments, and support clients through go-live and beyond. You'll be the hands-on technical expert who translates solution design into working, production-ready deployments.

This is a client-facing role where your technical skill and communication directly impact client success and satisfaction.

What You'll Do

• Lead technical implementation activities in client or internal environments — configuration, deployment, testing, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Work cross-functionally with Software Engineers, DevOps, Data Engineers, AI, Product, and Project Managers to translate solution design into working deployments.
• Support data integration with client systems — APIs, databases, dashboards, authentication, access controls, and reporting tools.
• Prepare implementation documentation — implementation guides, technical handover notes, user support documentation, and post-go-live issue logs.
• Support demonstrations, proof-of-concept setup, UAT, and client technical workshops.
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support and optimisation.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in solutions engineering, implementation engineering, technical consulting, systems integration, DevOps support, or platform deployment.
• Strong technical troubleshooting across APIs, databases, cloud environments, authentication, networks, and dashboards.
• Clear communication with both technical and non-technical client stakeholders — ability to explain complex issues in simple terms.
• Experience in government, financial services, consulting, enterprise software, or analytics platforms preferred.
• Comfort working in a lean team and managing multiple client implementations simultaneously.

Nice to Have

• Experience with data platforms, BI tools, or analytics solutions.
• Exposure to government or regulated sector implementations.
• Bilingual Bahasa Malaysia/English proficiency.
• Experience with cloud migration or modernisation projects.
