About The Company

The Company is a fast-growing technology firm building data and AI products for enterprise and public-sector clients across Malaysia and ASEAN. We're hiring our foundation team and need a skilled Software / Full-Stack Engineer to build user-facing applications and APIs that turn data and models into usable products.

The Role

We're looking for an experienced Software / Full-Stack Engineer to design, build, and deploy the platforms, dashboards, APIs, and internal tools that users interact with. You'll work across frontend and backend, translating product requirements and data science models into performant, reliable applications.

This is a hands-on engineering role where your code directly shapes how clients experience our products.

What You'll Do

• Develop platform UIs, dashboards, APIs, and client-facing applications that make data and models accessible to users.
• Build data-intensive interfaces that visualise indicators, models, insights, and complex datasets in intuitive ways.
• Work with Product Owners and Data Scientists to translate requirements into application features and deployments.
• Support localisation for Bahasa Malaysia and ASEAN contexts where required.
• Maintain code quality, test coverage, release discipline, and documentation to production standards.
• Troubleshoot and optimise application performance, reliability, and user experience.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in full-stack software development, backend development, or frontend development.
• Strong frontend and backend experience — React, Vue, Angular, Python, Node.js, Go, REST, GraphQL, or similar.
• Experience with dashboards, data products, APIs, authentication, and access control.
• Comfortable working in a lean team and collaborating closely with data scientists and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong fundamentals in software design, testing, and deployment.

Nice to Have

• Experience building data platforms, analytics dashboards, or AI product interfaces.
• Exposure to government or financial-services environments where security and compliance matter.
• Experience with containerisation (Docker, Kubernetes) or cloud deployment.
• Bilingual Bahasa Malaysia/English proficiency.
