Key Responsibilities

Preventive Maintenance Operations

• Execute scheduled preventive maintenance for network and server hardware, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless devices, racks, and related infrastructure.
• Perform health checks, firmware reviews, performance baselining, and hardware diagnostics.
• Conduct environmental inspections covering cabling, power, cooling, and rack conditions.

Corrective & On-Site Support

• Deliver on-site troubleshooting in alignment with SLA requirements.
• Support incident isolation, root cause identification, and escalate to OEM vendors when required.
• Coordinate RMA activities, parts replacement, and logistics planning.

Risk Management & Optimization

• Identify early signs of hardware degradation and recommend proactive actions.
• Provide capacity insights, lifecycle tracking, and upgrade advisories for EOL/EOFS equipment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain network stability and operational continuity.

Governance, Reporting & Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive preventive maintenance logs and compliance records.
• Prepare maintenance reports, asset updates, and optimization recommendations for stakeholders.
• Ensure adherence to operational standards, security guidelines, and contractual obligations.
