• Monitor the operational status and performance of Robotic Products.
• Conduct routine checks and basic housekeeping for Robotic Products to ensure optimal functionality.
• Respond promptly to technical issues as the first line of support.
• Provide Tier 1 support for operations-related issues, either remotely or on-site.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support or management as necessary.
• Prepare service and maintenance reports, as well as other relevant operations documentation.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Operations Team.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical or engineering-related industry.
