Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Oversee all aspects of fire protection projects including cost control, manpower deployment and contract compliance.
• Site Supervision & Coordination: Attend site meetings, monitor project progress, and ensure accurate meeting minutes. Coordinate with architects, consultants and site teams on technical compliance and progress.
• Procurement & Material Management: Procure materials and ensure timely delivery to the site according to project schedules and budget.
• Documentation & Reporting: Issue project documentation including variation orders, test procedures, meeting minutes and final project close-out files.
• Inspection & Compliance: Coordinate inspections with relevant authorities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Problem Solving: Resolve site issues and coordinate with all involved parties to maintain project flow.

Requirements

• Degree holder / Diploma holder / ITC holder in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering
• Related working experience in fire protection for the construction industry.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
