Responsibilities:
- Hands-on experience with manufacturing processes and troubleshooting
- Design workflows, solve technical issues and work closely with teams to improve quality and efficiency
- Assemble products following Work Instructions and quality standards
- Achieve daily production and quality goals
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Attend training and follow safety, 5S and waste handling protocols
- Support production planning and resource management
- Maintain quality standards through inspections and corrective actions
Requirements:
- Diploma / Higher Nitec / Nitec in Electronics Engineering or related field
- 2+ years in production or assembly, preferably in electronics or sensor manufacturing
- Skilled in PCBA soldering and working with small components
- Experience in cleanroom or ISO-certified environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
