Job Summary:

We're seeking a skilled professional to lead client engagement and deliver tailored AIoT smart workspace solutions, including CCTV, access control, and digital transformation technologies. This role requires a strong technical background, especially in network configuration and system integration, along with excellent communication and proposal development skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trust-based client relationships by understanding business needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Apply expertise in AIoT, CCTV, access control, and digital systems to solve complex challenges.
• Design and maintain secure, efficient IP networks for smart technology deployments.
• Lead the creation of RFx and proposal documents, aligning with client and company objectives.
• Conduct engaging demos and presentations to highlight solution value.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop effective, client-focused proposals.
• Create custom system designs that align with industry standards.
• Oversee solution implementation to ensure quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
• Stay current with industry trends to support solution innovation.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years experience in AIoT smart workspace solutions.
• Knowledge of data center systems (BMS, DCIM, PMS) is an advantage.
• Proficient in network setup and system integration.
• Strong in system design, proposal writing, and client presentations.
• Excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
