• Have hands-on experience managing a 24x7 Data Centre Operations team, particularly overseeing L1 operations and ensuring continuous operational support and service delivery.

skills and experience required

• At least 10 years of IT experience and 5 years preferably managing a Data Centre Operations team
• Possess strong knowledge and experience in cloud infrastructure and operations.
• Strong leadership experience
• Bonus to have exposure to and a good understanding of AI infrastructure environments
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Are based in Kulai, Johor Bahru, or are willing to relocate to Johor Bahru for the role.
