Mode: - You'll work within a hybrid operating model, starting more intensively (around 4 days/week) for the first 3-4 months, then scaling down to roughly 8 days/month as you build autonomy in the role.

JOB DESCRIPTION
We're looking for a Security Lead to join a transversal security and compliance function within a CyberDefense organization, supporting multiple entities across a large group. The role centers on Privileged Access Management (PAM) and broader IAM security initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Build and coordinate action plans as part of a broader transformation program
- Support PAM operational governance
- Coordinate and support product-related deliverables tied to regulatory and quality-of-service initiatives
- Keep documentation current and accurate
- Bring together technical depth with cross-domain coordination skills
- Run risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and define appropriate controls
- Apply structured project management methodologies to security initiatives
- Ensure regulatory coverage against frameworks like GDPR and ISO 27001
- Work comfortably in Agile or product-oriented environments (a plus, not a requirement)
What You'll Deliver
- Strong, structured application of project management methodologies to security initiatives
- Solid grasp of Agile practices and regulatory standards (GDPR, ISO 27001), including risk assessment and control definition
- Demonstrated expertise across IAM and PAM domains
What We're Looking For
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in IAM/PAM environments
- A track record of delivering high-quality outcomes on security-related work
- Proven ability to structure deliverables that align with security, compliance, and governance goals
- Strong command of regulatory standards and risk management methodologies in cybersecurity
