Overview

Site-based role supporting a new data centre build in Johor. Focus on commissioning, operational readiness, and transition to live operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as site operations lead during construction & commissioning phase
• Work with EPC contractors, MEP teams, and vendors on site
• Support testing (FAT / SAT / IST) and system handover
• Develop SOP / MOP / EOP and operational processes
• Assist in building site operations team & structure
• Oversee readiness of electrical & mechanical systems (UPS, generators, cooling, BMS/DCIM)

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Mechanical or similar)
• 8 years’ experience in data centres or mission-critical facilities
• 3 years' experience as lead in site operation
• Experience working with contractors, consultants, stakeholders and cross-functional teams
• Exposure to commissioning / construction / pre-operations preferred
• Strong understanding of critical MEP systems
• Able to be based in Johor
