• Monitor daily production performance and KPI achievement, ensuring timely updates of production records and reports.
• Oversee stamping machine operations to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
• Identify and resolve production and quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence.
• Ensure machine readiness through preventive maintenance, tooling verification, and coordination with the Maintenance team.
• Monitor process parameters and drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and reduce waste.
• Plan and coordinate manpower, overtime, and production activities based on production requirements and priorities.
• Ensure all production records, inspection reports, and check sheets are accurately completed and verified.
• Support new product development, trial runs, and mass production activities.
• Assist the QA team in handling customer quality issues, including timely responses to IRNs and preparation of 8D reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, 5S, housekeeping, and company policies through regular workplace inspections.
• Train, coach, and monitor employees to ensure competency in production processes, quality requirements, and company systems.
• Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality management system requirements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth production operations and continuous process improvement.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
