Position: IT Manager cum Trainer
Job Purpose
The IT Manager is responsible to establish and executive IT operations and provide Training
Key Duties & Responsibilities
· Responsible in supporting the day-to-day IT operations.
· Ensure the hardware system and network are always on optimum performance.
· Responsible in installation and implementation of all computer hardware, ensuring effective computer backup/recovery and system access security.
· Provide effective IT Software maintenance, planning and support.
· Manage network & telecommunication infrastructure planning and support.
· Ensure all IT users conformed to IT Security Standard and Security Policy.
· System administration and support, WAN/LAN, servers, storage, firewall, routers, gateways, wireless AP and related computer peripherals and ensure its optimum operations.
· Support financial objectives by submitting forecast requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action.

· Any other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.
Job and Person Specification
Essential Specification (Must-have)
· Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
· At least 5 years working experience in the related field.
· Experience leading and managing large IT projects and rolling out IT infrastructures across various technologies.
· Excellent working experience in managing servers, computer systems, systems administration, firewall, network security, databases, cloud storage systems, exchange email, Office 365, Sharepoint, AV, CCTV and phone systems.
· Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills, excellent project management skills and strong ability to prioritize.
·Identify and source suitable training programs in line with job requirements and propose recommendations to superior.
·Maintain and update in-house, on-the-job, and external training records, including employee evaluations upon completion of training.
·Support performance evaluation processes and assist in identifying training or development needs to address performance gaps.
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
