• Oversee and coordinate all on-site construction activities, including project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, safety regulations, and company policies
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues and implement design changes
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports
• Manage and supervise a team of construction workers, technicians, and subcontractors
• Provide technical support and guidance to the construction team

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Construction Site Supervisor in the construction industry
• Demonstrated experience in project planning, supervision, and coordination
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Prefer Mandarin-speaking)
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
• Familiarity with construction equipment, materials, and safety protocols
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
