Position Summary
A Service Crew member assists customers, prepares and serves food or beverages and maintains cleanliness and organization in the workplace. They ensure customers have a positive dining or service experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
- Refill supplies and organize inventory
- Assist customers with questions or complaints
- Follow company hygiene, safety, and service standards
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification in Food Handling or Culinary Arts
- Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen inventory software
- Experience in quick-service or casual dining establishments
