Position Summary

A Service Crew member assists customers, prepares and serves food or beverages and maintains cleanliness and organization in the workplace. They ensure customers have a positive dining or service experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Maintain cleanliness of dining and kitchen areas
• Refill supplies and organize inventory
• Assist customers with questions or complaints
• Follow company hygiene, safety, and service standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Food Handling or Culinary Arts
• Familiarity with POS systems and kitchen inventory software
• Experience in quick-service or casual dining establishments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
