Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Java Developer role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Java Developer will design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability. Daily responsibilities include writing clean, efficient code, implementing and integrating microservices, working with the Spring Framework, and participating in code reviews. The role involves collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, translating business requirements into technical solutions, troubleshooting and resolving application issues, and contributing to continuous improvement of development practices. The Java Developer will also help optimize existing systems, support deployment activities, and adhere to secure coding and quality standards.

Qualifications ( Locals Only) 3 Years Experience Must

• Strong core Java and Programming skills, with experience building robust backend services.
• Hands-on experience in Software Development, including application design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Proficiency with the Spring Framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring Data, Spring Security).
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, relational databases, and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Understanding of software development lifecycle, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD practices.
• Ability to analyze requirements, write technical documentation, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
