Main Duties And Responsibilities

• Raw meat handling and processing
• Perform meat-cutting functions including trimming, portioning, slicing, and processing to specifications
• Operate simple processing equipment and machineries such as grinders, choppers, bowl cutters and filler
• Weigh and sort meat products according to product specifications
• Cleaning of food processing equipment, tools and production area
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work surfaces and equipment in compliance with food safety standards
• Identify and report any quality issues to the supervisor
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure the work environment remains safe and compliant with quality and safety standards
• Daily housekeeping duties
  
  

Working hours

5.5 working days (Monday to Friday: 7am – 6pm, Saturday: 7am - 1pm)

23 Chin Bee Avenue, Singapore 619943 (Nearest MRT: Boon Lay)

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in food manufacturing or production is preferred; but not mandatory
• Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment
• Comfortable working in cold environment (~15C)
