Job Summary

Lead and coordinate civil engineering projects on-site, ensuring quality, safety, and compliance while managing subcontractors and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and to specification.

Responsibilities

• Lead project execution on-site by managing schedules and ensuring work meets specifications
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and vendors to maintain smooth project progress
• Conduct and oversee site testing (e.g., concrete, soil, waterproofing) to verify compliance with project requirements
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams to uphold high-quality standards throughout project phases
• Inspect and assess façade works for safety, alignment, and regulatory compliance, identifying defects and coordinating rectifications
• Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications to resolve site issues with timely technical solutions
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, inspection records, and progress updates to ensure accurate documentation
• Enforce site safety protocols and compliance with workplace safety and health regulations, including conducting safety briefings and monitoring conditions
• Liaise with consultants, clients, and authorities to facilitate inspections, approvals, and project communications
• Participate in coordination meetings to ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders
