We are a licensed builder in Singapore and we undertake design-build of landed house & residential renovation projects. We are looking for a new teammate to join the 80 pax team as an architectural assistant.

The expected work scope include:

·         Space planning for landed house projects

·         Architectural design

·         Prepare submission plans to authorities

·         Deal with WD and comments from authorities

·         Coordinate project phases of project requirements with other departments

·         Keep changes and provide as-built

·         Application of TOP & CSC
