The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Zoho applications, ensuring that our clients receive tailored solutions that enhance their business processes.

Responsibilities

• Understand client requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Configure and customize Zoho applications according to business needs.
• Integrate Zoho with other third-party applications and services.
• Provide training and support to clients on Zoho functionalities.
• Conduct data migration from legacy systems to Zoho.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving client issues related to Zoho applications.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Zoho CRM and other Zoho products.
• Strong understanding of business processes and workflows.
• Proficiency in Zoho Creator, Zoho Books, and other Zoho Suite applications.
