• Administer and support Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environments to ensure stable and efficient system operations.

• Manage system scheduling and job workflows using Control-M scheduling tool.

• Monitor application performance and ensure high availability of Oracle EBS systems.

• Handle day-to-day administration activities including configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.

• Work with NOITIX and other monitoring tools to track system health and performance.

• Perform issue analysis, root cause identification, and provide timely resolutions.

• Coordinate with technical and functional teams to support business requirements and system enhancements.

• Ensure system security, backup, and recovery processes are properly implemented and maintained.

• Support upgrades, patches, and system migrations for Oracle EBS environments.

• Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures for system administration.

• Follow ITIL and best practices for incident and change management processes.
