  • Lead design, development, and configuration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications
  • Act as primary point of contact for CRM-related projects

  • Provide solutions across multiple projects and enterprise systems
  • Oversee integration of Dynamics CRM with other platforms
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to improve team capabilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve CRM technical issues
  • Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and best practices
