Responsibilities:

• Develop and nurture strong client relationships by understanding their logistics needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Respond to customer inquiries, service requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations, customer service, and transportation teams to ensure prompt and accurate deliveries.
• Monitor and track shipments, providing clients with regular updates and addressing any issues proactively.
• Collaborate with carriers and logistics partners to secure competitive rates and maintain high service quality.
• Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and supporting contract negotiations to drive customer retention and growth.
• Ensure accuracy in preparing shipping documents, invoices, and customs declarations in compliance with regulations.
• Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions and provide regular reports on account performance and key metrics.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in freight forwarding (land, sea, and air operations), logistics, or key account management.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive, customer-centric approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with freight management systems and platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Capable of performing effectively under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Open to Singaporean citizens only.
