Role Description The Operations Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bukit Batok. This role involves coordinating daily freight and logistics operations, including scheduling, documentation, and tracking of shipments. The Operations Executive will liaise with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve operational issues, ensure compliance with procedures, and maintain accurate records. Responsibilities include monitoring shipment status, updating systems, preparing operational reports, and supporting continuous improvement in workflow and service quality. The role also requires proactive communication to manage expectations and support a smooth end-to-end operations process.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills to handle daily logistics workflows and process coordination.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to review data, troubleshoot issues, and support decision-making for operational improvements.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to work with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills to manage multiple shipments, timelines, and documentation accurately.
• Proficiency with basic office software and logistics or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Relevant experience in freight, logistics, or supply chain operations is preferred.
• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field is beneficial.
