The Day-To-Day Activities
Lead end-to-end machine learning and rule-based personalization solutions including targeting, pricing, and recommendation use cases to drive customer engagement and revenue growth.
Develop and manage modelling data strategies, training datasets, feature tables, and data governance to ensure scalable, accurate, and reusable data foundations.
Oversee the development, optimization, and operationalization of machine learning models and decision rules for business-as-usual personalization and campaign execution.
Drive targeting strategies and commercial optimization by translating model outputs into effective offers, pricing strategies, and campaign decisions to maximize take-up and ARPU.
Monitor and govern model performance, targeting effectiveness, and revenue uplift while providing insights and recommendations to support business and investment decisions.
About You
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related quantitative fields, with relevant analytics experience considered as an added advantage.
Minimum 8 years of experience in data analytics, data science, or machine learning within commercial or production environments.
Strong expertise in SQL, Python, large-scale data analysis, feature engineering, predictive modelling, and decisioning logic development.
Experience in model validation, deployment, performance monitoring, uplift analysis, and improving model scalability and stability for business use cases.
Strong commercial acumen, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and explain technical insights to non-technical stakeholders.
