Polytool as the pre-eminent supplier to our customers for all their CNC machining components, high precision standard components and parts made of aluminium, steel, all kinds of metal material and plastic material.

We are able to support our customer from technical aspect and designing or re-engineering of their operations needs with our capability in high precision machining components as well as high precision tooling and parts.

Responsibilities:

• Apply quality principles and methodology in processes to enhance output.
• Assess and use non-traditional machining processes to meet precision machining requirements.
• Assess new product designs to meet project and product requirements.
• Assess plans to select suitable precision machining process.
• Control performance of machines to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Create engineering demographic view.
• Review manufacturing processes to identify suitable processes.
• Review measurement methods.
• Set up a plan include additive manufacturing to the manufacturing processes.
• Use computer-integrated manufacturing to aid manufacturing processes.
• Design precision machinery to meet manufacturing requirements.
• Manage disputes and conflicts.
• Manage product design and development to meet project and product requirements.
• Necessary work with programmer and engineering staff for tasks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working abroad or exposure to international standards and systems will be an added advantage.
• Strong understanding of customer needs with effective communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, monitor performance, enforce standards, and uphold the organization’s vision, mission, and values.
• Skilled in planning and organizing engineering schedules with a proactive and hands-on approach.
• Positive mindset with a commitment to continuous learning, responsibility, and hard work.
• Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Punctual, disciplined, and highly organized.
