Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for a Network Technician located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. The Network Technician will be responsible helping our Central NOC team with their work as per their instruction. Like commissioning and de-commissioning of the devices , Cabling etc.

Basically we need hand and feet support of the onsite Engineer.

Qualifications

• Network Administration, Network Infrastructure and related skills.
• Installing of Video conferencing Devices.
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support experience
• Knowledge of network protocols and technologies
• Commissioning and De-Commissioning of the device in the Datacenter
• Installation of Audio & Visual Devices at the customer location.
• Knowledge of device cabling, Patching & termination.
• installing and maintaining computer networks, including servers and fibre optic cables
• performing routine checks on servers and equipment and conducting repairs when necessary
• running hardware diagnostics and replacing faulty components
