Job Description:

• Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
• Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
• Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
• Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possiblesolutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
• Maintain security, backup, redundancy and BCP strategies
• Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
• Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
• Manage the VMWare environment
• Provide enterprise-wide support to a high level of Microsoft Windows
• Support the HPE and Hitachi environments

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• IT System Management experience of various aspect
• Possess initiative, positive attitude and strong passion in operation support
• Good communication skills and able to work independently;
• Able to start work immediately or within a short notice is an advantage
• Familiar with the following technologies:

1. VMware, vCenter ESXi, SRM, VRM
2. Security operation and technologies such as Privileged Access Management, Endpoint Protection Platform, Firewall
3. System MonitoringoBackup And Recovery
4. Windows Server OS with good understanding of Windows AD, DNS, GPO and Failover Clustering – Having certifications will be advantageous.
5. SAN storage with good understanding of remote site replication (Knowledge of administrating Hitachi Virtual Storage Platform would be an added advantage) – Having certifications will be advantageous.

• Good understanding of Public Key Infrastructure and Network Access Control
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Have experience working with cross-functional team
